Beautifully decorated room, all in all had lovely stay.

The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a residential area, so close to the mid-east coast of the island of Hawaii as well as Keaau. I liked the room with bath, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was delicious and fantastic with plenty of goodies.

The location was marvellous and exceptional in a lovely area, just off tropical forest, the shore, and the volcanic cliffs. The bed was very exceptionally comfortable and the room was absolutely fantastic and beautiful. We didn't have time, so we also would stay again and again...

There was nothing I didn't like.

The beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds, warm pool, and friendly host were exceptional. The continental breakfast on the lanai overlooking the pool was a delightful start to each day. Thoughtful touches like beach towels and umbrellas were provided, and the location near the Hawaiian botanical garden was a highlight.

The location of this bed and breakfast is fantastic, right near the cliffs where we even saw a turtle in the waves. The front porch overlooks the ocean, providing a peaceful setting to relax. The room was comfortable and had all necessary amenities, including a river-rock shower. The service was friendly and attentive, with thoughtful touches like sunscreen and bug spray provided. Breakfast on the lanai was delicious and satisfying, with fresh fruit and a hot entree.

The location is a little far away from everything else, making it less convenient for exploring other parts of the island.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The location on the mid-east coast of the island of Hawaii was perfect for us. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and we felt well taken care of. The room amenities were fantastic, especially the ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area was a great place to relax and unwind. Additionally, the terrace and patio offered stunning views. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer available for use. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The dining breakfast on the outdoor dining area was a delightful way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The leisure swimming pool was a great way to cool off and the outdoor swimming pool was simply impressive. The BBQ facilities and sun loungers in the garden area were a nice touch. The beach umbrellas provided added a convenient touch. We can't recommend this place enough!

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy B&B! The price was totally worth it, and the room was just perfect. The location, nestled near the cliffs with a turtle sighting, was stunning. The staff, especially Mary, treated me like family and went above and beyond to cater to my needs.

The breakfast served on the covered lanai overlooking the swimming pool was delicious and the perfect start to each day. The tropical forest environment surrounding the property added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Despite being a bit out of the way, it was convenient for exploring the east coast and visiting attractions like the Volcano National Park. we had an incredible experience and would highly recommend Ala Kai Bed And Breakfast.
